Future Business Leader,
We want to make you aware of a fantastic event, The UGrad Financial Services and Consulting Diversity Forum, taking place this August hosted by the JumpStart Advisory Group (JSAG). JSAG was launched in 2004 to address the lack of women and minorities in Corporate America. Since 2004, the JumpStart Team has host hundreds of participants at our Annual Forums and assisted thousands in launching careers within financial services and consulting fields. The founders, two Class of 2003 Duke MBA alumni; John Burt and Elton Ndoma-Ogar, have worked closely with corporate partners to create this one of a kind opportunity to develop the next generation of future business leaders. The UGrad Financial Services and Consulting Diversity Forumis a unique 2 ½ day event for exceptional undergraduate students; graduating in 2012, 2013, or 2014. There is NO COST to attend, if you are selected to participate in the Forum. The Forum educates and provides networking opportunities that allow participants to build relationships with multiple firms within those industries. Participants will gain a tremendous advantage in the recruiting process and develop sustained confidence as they start school this Fall. Our corporate partners are industry leaders and have demonstrated a commitment to developing women and minority talent. Financial Service Firms represented: Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citi, Credit Suisse, Fidelity, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, UBS, Wellington Management, and Wells Fargo. Consulting Firms represented: Accenture, A.T. Kearney, Bain, Booz Allen Hamilton, Booz & Co., BCG, Deloitte, McKinsey, and Oliver Wyman.
